      Pros

      Valtech truly hires the best and the brightest, among the rank and file. Valtech has reasonable salary levels, good bonus structures and some excellent supplemental benefits; EPP is excellent.

      Cons

      Leadership. A great quote comes to mind, "people don't leave companies they leave leaders". The current leadership team is fragmented and lacks direction; confused. The current leadership philosophy is to hire almost exclusively from the outside, irrespective of role and disregard some of the extraordinary talent within; referring to all current employees as disgruntled.

      Broad exposure to large clients that are all struggling to find a way to stay competitive in a new and unfamiliar business landscape.

      Cons

      Senior management within North America is not to be trusted. Consistent track record of asking for input and then vilifying or ousting those whose offer advice.
