Pros
learn a new methodology if a person is new for Agile! good communication and strong teams within Projects. The employee's are experts in their own field, variety of individuals who help and are a strong foot hold in the project. The training program given by Valtech Education Services are very good and highly recommended. The Training staff are very good and pro-active and take a keen interest in every employee's certifications. The training material is very handy and the trainers are very accomplished and certified and good in their work. i would recommend Valtech only for Experienced Individuals and not at the starter level.
Cons
lack of direction, lack of roles and responsibilities, Not a starting place to kick-start your career. Management communication is very poor towards the employee's.
