      Pros

      Work-life balance was decent, but that's a stretch. The benefits are horrible and the HR Leader hates people, odd, and does nothing to advocate for decent benefits which creates stress in life balance.

      Pros

      Some talented people and a few big client projects, but most of the good employees are leaving or actively looking for better opportunities and the projects are always severely understaffed.

      Cons

      Most employees here are less than a year with the company and on contract, high turnover. No 401K match, limited yet still expensive benefits for full-time employees (which do not kick in for 30-45 days depending on when you start and are forced to pay COBRA), poor vacation and holidays, no promotions or annual reviews, and an almost non-existent HR.
