      Separate US Divisions Need Integration

      Pros

      Talented team members - though many of the best are leaving.

      Cons

      Valtech US is run like two or three different companies without much interaction. For some divisions there is no work at all and for others, business is booming. Some strong talent is leaving, some by choice and others by termination/layoff.

      Nothing much to share. so lets not discuss about this

      Cons

      Lot of politics. if you are a tamilian, you can well settle in this company. managers(particularly top level managers) think that all resources are robots. they will squeeze maximum work from you. there is 1 particular floor, where people shouldn't move their heads during the work hours. only lunch 30min allowed. Recently lot of people have resigned from the company.

      Pros

      The people working at Valtech are smart and creative in general, and a fun bunch to work with. The management genuinely care about the employees and the culture is very positive.

      Cons

      Many good initiatives sprout in Valtech but often they are not carried out in the extend where they really matter.
