      Pathetic company, only politics no technical growth

      Pros

      You will have lots of work life balance because there is no work at all. For WCS its only one project and not much work in that project.

      Cons

      People only talk about politics no technical growth. They dont think about new technologies just only politics from top management to the freshers in the company. Even the architects are fit for nothing.

      The technology talent working in the NY office is impressive. Everyone seems to be at the forefront of platform development. A great place to learn and grow, or lead if you have the chops for it

      There is so much growth that the culture is new and learning. give it a few more months and the teams will find an identity
