      Once was, but now is not, and may never be again.

      Pros

      Great flexibility in working arrangements and pays well.

      Cons

      Not able to function like a real company. One half of Valtech thinks it's a staffing company, and the other thinks its a delivery company, and Valtech international wants it to be a CMS and marketing support company. Its not really an Agile company any more, I doubt most of upper management even knows what Agile is really about.

      You get accustomed to deliver under stringent deadlines

      Cons

      1. Not at all process oriented 2. Not focused on technology 3. Ad-hoc work, does not have transparency in terms of planning 4. Unnecessary work pressure, even for POCs

      1. Management was good, supportive. 2. Balance of personal & profeesional life. This is why people are staying here more than 5 years.

      Cons

      Now, Management changed, every policy getting changed, most people left out the company some are in progress. People who put paper may get hile only. No value to performance and critical resource
