      Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Management and Broken Promises

      Some good teammates and opportunities to work on international projects.

      Cons

      Management is unresponsive and lacks transparency. Salary hikes are either delayed indefinitely or not given at all. Multiple fake promises during appraisals and project discussions. Hard work and dedication go unrecognized – no matter how much effort you put in, it often goes unnoticed. No real career growth or development support from leadership.
