      Optimistic. The company as a whole has s great plans for the future if it can get enough of the right kinds of projects.

      Reasonable ability to self govern and decide how to run projects within your own team. A lot of enthusiasm in some management and some genuinely great expertise in some areas.

      Cons

      Not enough time or resource invested in training, putting together a unified strategy or acting on suggestions from team members.

      Friendly environment, Easy to gel in, Mid-level management is understanding and help-full, although competencies and approach vary drastically from team to team

      - No focus, vision - Leadership is powerless, passionless and political - There's a definite Lack of synergy, everyone on the top appears to have their own agenda - Insecurity, and politics
