Thank you for your recent review and for highlighting some of the positive aspects of working for Valtech. Regarding some of your areas of concern, Valtech has been working hard over the past several months to address some of the issues you have raised in your review. Specifically, we are in the process of transitioning to a new delivery model which should solve some of the issues you mention including overworked teams and lack of motivation. Additionally, Valtech understands the important role the HR Team provides to the employees. We recently hired a Manager of People and Engagement in NYC as well as a Director of People and Culture in North America. This team will be implementing new processes and programs that will help drive employee engagement and satisfaction which is a top priority for Valtech.
