      Pros

      Amazing new management running the NYC office. A real NY agency person with real human values who truly appreciates the efforts of the individuals that get the work done. Plus it seems like there is finally a real vision for moving us forward.

      Cons

      We have some baggage from the past but it appears to be a clean slate. System Implementation work continues to dominate for now but it finally feels like we're going to hit the big time and diversify our offerings and approach.

      Pros

      Great culture, amazing benefits, and a hard working group of people. Work life balance is feasible. I have a really good boss. The location is the perfect drive for me.

      Cons

      - You have to be a self starter and take initiative on learning things. If you don’t, then your outlook here isn’t good. I am thankful that I do have the motivation to handle tasks and take initiative.

      Impossible deadlines and promises made by sales teams and account execs who have lost track of what LOE it takes from the people doing the work.
