Every single person was friendly and willing to help when asked. They have a good stable of clients. While not every strategy they try works, they are more than willing to admit something wasn't right and adjust over time.

Cons

Small consultancy that grew and is still in its awkward teenage years. Felt a bit like if you weren't part of the old guard you had some big hurdles to get past to move up.
