Valtech was a great place 2+ years ago.

Cons

A culture lost There is a whole team of Kin & Carta leadership that has come in, taken over and are destroying anything that was ever the essence of Valtech. People were valued, people were our asset. Now everyone is a cog in their wheel. They do not care about anyone. 4 layoffs in the last 6 months, cost reductions everywhere and an environment that is toxic. The leadership team from K&C are bullies, we were better off without them.

Pros

It’s easy if you’re a creative but I doubt if they know what means. This is a digital agency that is totally focused on backend development.

Cons

If you don’t know French, you’re out of it. Valtech New York is filled with French expats who speak French all day long. There is also a lack of strategy and concepts. Every idea is based on their backend development: Sitecore.

Strong tech, great GM in NY, ok salaries.

Cons

Disorganized, very tech focused (not strategic or creative), lack of career path and no review cycle, no raises or promotions, bad benefit package. CEO - Sebastian Lombardo - is completely un-involved in the NY work.
