      Very "corporate". Upper management out of touch.

      Pros

      Decent work/life balance. Some good people to work with.

      Cons

      Organization structure is very unclear and constantly changing. Acquisitions left and right. Upper management is very out of touch with the employees who do the work. Very top heavy with many layers of management/VPs who don't seem to do much. You're constantly reminded about how the company is not making enough money to satisfy their venture capitalists. Quiet firing, quiet quitting and layoffs are the order of the day.

      Good work is acknowledged and rewarded The increment cycle is good. Ideally, many companies give around 5% or max 10% increment yearly, whereas Valtech can easily give between 15% to 40% Management is very encouraging for employees to learn new things.

      Cons

      There is a lot of internal politics.
