Better than most of the MNCs out there in many aspects, but sure not the ideal or best.
Pros
* They did managed to give employees work from home option during COVID times and pay scale was pretty good(not the best). * Friendly environment. * Office setup is also nice. * They did focus on women empowerment in terms of safety(totally appreciated). * Lots of helping minded employees.
Cons
* Lots of internal politics. * Managers/PMOs can backstab you anytime if you are not aware enough. * Forced to share personal life story infront of random colleagues without asking concent. * Even if you are performing great under stressful and unhealthy situation, they push you hard by simply giving false promises and motivation and finally throws you out without a single justification(genuine). Personally I had to take 6 months vacation for therapy and psychiatric medicine after relieving from such a toxic(some may tell it great but not for me) environment. * Nothing is anonymous (reviews) if they tells it is. * Lack of empathy with some of the managers I worked with. * Pushing employees to come work from office after they have announced emission policies(hypothesis). * Outing with employees is not the way of success celebration needed. Employees should get the proper perk with their contribution to success delivery. * Performances gone unnoticed if you are not extroverted.
