      Bad management

      1. Has good internal company policies 2. People are friendly 3. Salary is always done on time

      Cons

      1. Bad management - dont know how to use their resources to the max potential. 2. Work life balance - It is not there at all, you might get calls very early in the morning or will have to be available very late on daily basis as there might be issues that require you no matter what. 3. Slow work - Sometimes you dont have to do anything at all because from a long time company is busy freezing requirements with clients, on other days, you have a lot to do but still the project is slow as the deadline is very ahead after 2-3 months. Its boring.
