Pros

The people are incredibly nice, and on the Research end of things the projects are very interesting and provide a great deal of knowledge. Also, for those students looking to learn technical skills, this is a great place to learn them.

Cons

I would say that there really aren't any downsides from my experience. If you are working in the medical center but are a Temp employee then you have to get your hours sheets from the main office which is really far away instead of medical payroll.
