      Pros

      Tuition benefits for children of employees.

      Cons

      Employee health care , dental, and pharmacy plans are not as good as they should be, considering they are a major health care provider. Although they have made considerable progress the last few years in expanding garages and valet services, parking is still an issue for patients and employees at VUMC.
