Career paths can be somewhat undefined. Definitely recommend to go after what you want instead of waiting for change. No bonuses except for upper management. As others mentioned the office is closed during the Christmas week but they require you to take PTO or get manager approval to work (in an empty office, with little industry movement at that time). This irks a lot of people.

This company has serious problems. Every week the elevators are broken, bathrooms not clean. They recently switched the mens and womens rooms so there is only one stall per floor for women. They force employees to take vacation time when they close the office between xmas and new years, and also for state emergency's. Management get bonuses so agree to unreasonable deadlines, and young engineers are forced to work every weekend to get jobs out with no compensation as they are on salary. Very quick burnout. Employees are unhappy. Company hires cheap and inexperienced people instead of quality employees. Owners are cheap cheap cheap, there is no lunchroom, and very few benefits for employees. Zero loyalty. Its a terrible place to work, I am getting out.
