- Great WLB: Everyone logs out before/ around 5pm. - PTOs: Combined with purchased PTOs, you can have a plenty time of PTOs.

Cons

- You cannot choose a team if you are a new grad and move to another team until 1.5 yr in the same team. But some teams are no code or less code teams, which means you might not have a chance to write a single line of code for the first 1.5 years. - No proper new grad mentoring and onboarding processes. I didn’t have a chance to work with senior developers and only worked with other junior developers.
