Pay is lower than the norm and the higher tenure personnel refuse to evolve. Change is simple however, its seldom easy.

Pays health insurance and has profit sharing program. New management making good changes. Open communication with all of us. OK to ask questions at company meetings.

Very competitive business, customers expect excellence but don't want to pay for it.

Yes it's true all smiles and a relax atmosphere but that is as far as it gets

Cons

Employees are cheated out of their pay raises year after year as far back as 8 years. Company are fully taking advantage of its employees and exploiting for their talents with no advancements or rewards. Some stay due to medical insurance and are unable to leave. Quality of products will sure surface as more experience employees are making an effort to leave.
