Vanguard is a growing company with good advancement opportunities for those who want and work for them. Vanguard builds great products that are very important in the Medical and Aerospace markets, as well as some fun ones too. All levels of leadership are approachable.

Cons

As we look for more talent, our teams are very, very busy.
