Pros

Yes it's true all smiles and a relax atmosphere but that is as far as it gets

Cons

Employees are cheated out of their pay raises year after year as far back as 8 years. Company are fully taking advantage of its employees and exploiting for their talents with no advancements or rewards. Some stay due to medical insurance and are unable to leave. Quality of products will sure surface as more experience employees are making an effort to leave.

Pros

Really great people to work with. Able to learn many things. You are able to know a lot about what is going on in the business. Can have fun at work. Room to grow in your career.

Cons

Inconsistent wage adjustments. Lots of different changes all at the same time. Communication can sometimes be poor.

Good employee benefits, an open, friendly culture. Into developing its employees with excellent training opportunities.

Cons

So many layoffs over the years have left many employees feeling extremely insecure. Low paying.
