Business Outlook
Pros
A good, casual work environment, lots of learning opportunity, overall decent management. More stable employment than other companies in the technology manufacturing industry. They do lay-offs, but only as a last resort, not a first one like the larger companies.
Cons
Pay is based on the manufacturing industry scale, no matter what your role internally is, and is on the very low end of the scale so if you are not a direct manufacturing worker the chances are very high that you can make far more money doing the same job in another industry than manufacturing. You just might not be in as stable of an environment.
