Vanguard is a great company to start and end your career with, in terms of work life balance, benefits, and culture.

Cons

Unfortunately, between the extremely inept technology Vanguard uses, and the rigid compliance restraints we must follow, it is a difficult time to be a financial advisor at Vanguard. Upper management does not seem to know how to help us aside from rebranding our department’s name every so often.
