Pros

The benefits are good and there seems to be a decent amount of job security. I get a lot of PTO and holidays. I like the insurance with the HSA. The schedule is pretty good.

Cons

They keep adding additional tasks that are pointless. The schedule is already packed but they will continue to try to squeeze things in. You will have 20 tasks outside of back to back phone calls that they will tell you to do “in between calls” or to “find time” to do. This is corporate code for work off the clock.

Clean financial planning approach and easy investment philosophy.

Cons

Middle management play favorites and are happy to hire a lesser advisor if you make a happy hour.
