Pros

Decent job if you are just starting out as a developer

Cons

The second you stop drinking the kool-aid and demanding better you get a target on your back. Epitome of a corporate cult. All promotions are based on relationships, you are constantly compared to your peers and made to compete for your yearly ratings.

Pros

Good benefits, a lot of people try to do a great job

Cons

Senior management is a mess: during my last three years, I reported to two separate Senior Managers on the “officer track” who were awful. One was sexist against women (HR agreed but it took over a year for them to do something) and the other screamed at the team and threatened to fire us whenever one of us disagreed with them.
