      Boring Job. No real software development. Actual coding goes to select few. Manager with clipboard monitors every meeting noting every word that is said and by who. Regular emails from management ask what you think of so and so. And of course they send the same email to your others asking about you(Big brother is always wathcing). Job totally sucks. Don't expect to do anything interesting.

      Solid Pay if you include bonuses. They also pay for your licensing which is really generous

      Cons

      In this role in specific, they require you to be in it for a year (roughly a year and a half if you include licensing and training) before you can move to a new position. This role is a glorified customer service line, so if that’s not your game, be aware of that.
