Pros

Managers want you to succeed . Great role for someone looking for FINRS Certs

Cons

Found out the role was hourly on day 3. On day 3 I also found out they were moving campuses 30 min in opposite direction in sketchy part of town. Made me pay back one day of PTO once I quit. Could hear management talking poorly of new hires while sitting in next door conference room.

Pros

-Great benefits, company, and opportunities to advance from lower levels. -I have had 7 roles in the 7 years I have been in the company. -MBA was fully sponsored by the company.

Cons

-Group think is pervasive in my department, and I have been reprimanded for having a different perspective. -Max exodus of employees in my department. -Lots of difficulty moving up within the organization as there are fiscally conservative efforts right now. They are keeping employees in their role. --Recently, I was a finalist for several jobs, where I was told the job would've been mind, but the roles were cancelled,, and maybe coming back in later months.
