Pros

Coworkers are friendly because they are also going through it Benefits you get from working at a large company

Cons

The management cares more about looking like they are busy and solving problems than actually solving problems. Problems will be solved, but not the ones that need to be solved. Moving up in the organization is slow and if you start on the phones it is not easy to get off of the phones. Old School company, doesn't care to change or innovate until its late

Cons

Salary always seemed low as you moved up through the company, Difficult to move up through the company to follow your interests, felt like you needed a lucky break sometimes to continue your career in the direction you wanted.
