Nice people/Toxic work environment

Pros

Most UX team members including the writers are friendly and great to work with, excluding current management.

Cons

There's an extremely toxic dynamic between marketing and UX - and leadership always defers to marketing stakeholders, leaving UX to flounder while everything is rewritten by marketing stakeholders. It's the reason why so much of the website isn't UX friendly. We had zero support from the now-defunct UX leadership team. The process was extremely slow as there are dozens of cooks in the kitchen, and the final result is what you see on their website.
