Pros

Excellent benefits - 401(k) discretionary and non-discretionary contributions of 14% Continuous record of no layoffs Focus on the clients and doing the right thing are a way of life within the company

Cons

Promotions are as much about who you know as what you know. Often your network and internal brand determine whether you move on to the next position or not.
