Pros

-It can offer stability and there are some good teams to be on. It all depends on the manager & management you work under.

Cons

It has gotten worse. No money for most crew for conferences or for travel (unless you're a senior manager or executive), or live training w/travel. Bonuses and partnership are smaller. They have a woke DEI program that fails to protect against Ageism and favors Indians over white people. It is now mostly an Indian run company, especially since its last inside-picked CEO turned over the reins to an Indian outsider from Blackrock who now is investing in India by opening a new center in Hyderabad India.
