Pros

As a recent college graduate, Vanguard is a great place to start your career especially if you're interested in working in the financial industry. They teach you the Series 7 and 63 and pay for your licenses. They even give you two chances to take each! Also, employees seem to move up quick as long as you work hard and do the job right. Also, there is a lot of support among management and peers. Unless you have a bad team leader, they really do want you to succeed.

Cons

The pay is a little low and the job can get monotonous.
