      This is a great company that has endless possibilities for advancement. Even in a poor economy there is little fear of downsizing. The company is buying other companies, and expanded

      There are some negative feelings about Vanguard in the financial industry. These are opinions that have stuck around from the days gone bye. There were some poor decisions made in the past, and those have stuck with the company now, even though things now are much better

      Amazing company that puts clients first. Great leaders and an enjoyable place to go to work every day.

      None that I can think of. Lower paying than some but great benefits.

      Positive environment, lots of training for new hires. 18 PTO Days per year, 1 VTO day

      Not sure I have any cons to relay at the moment because I enjoy vanguard and working here on main campus
