Pros

Outstanding reputation. Proud to work for such an ethical company. Outstanding training program and solid bonus plan. Good benefit package.

Cons

Low pay, and obvious favoritism of upper management. Some old-school principals are from the "boys club" and are career ruining.

Pros

The benefits are terrific. The retirement plan is very good. They match 4% of your pay and also contribute an additional 10% each year. This is hard to beat. Vanguard is very serious about continuous improvement. Vanguard University offers a lot of classes that I've found to be helpful. It's a great place to work as long as you're serious about you're job and you have a great manager.

Cons

Limited locations (only in three states).
