Pros

Constantly moving up in the work force. The management is SO good to the clients. Never been with a more respectable company.

Cons

The pay can be lower than competitors, considering you're starting out at about 40k, which is a great starting base but may be on the lower end if you're in your 40's+, however the work environment can't be beat. People treat you with the highest respect and once you've landed a job at Vanguard with both your 7 and 63 licenses, you can basically get any job in finance out there.

Pros

Vanguard is based on solid principles with low expenses. Great work environment with being able to share ideas with upper management. Lots of room to grow within company.

Cons

Not a whole lot of face to face contact with clients. The job is mainly working as a call service representative.
