Pros

Industry leader, cutting edge technology, sound business strategy. The security attention for infrastructure, employees and customers sets a good example for wall street and the industry.

Cons

Pay is a little on the low side, and some of the older employees are shoved around. Some of the younger strategies like smart start- for fresh college grads- implied if you were old, then you were slow and dumb.

Pros

3 months of training to get you acquainted with the company and get your Series 7 and 63 licenses Amazing benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, etc.)

Cons

Training for the license exams is shorter compared to other companies, but they bring in instructors in order to help speed the process along. There is just a lot of outside work involved when studying for the Series 7.
