Pros

Very professional company. Training is outstanding, maybe too excessive. 401k benefits in addition to pension plan. Great co-workers is also a plus.

Cons

No growth potential. More of a job than a career. Stupid dress policy especially if you're on the phone. No leadership.

Pros

Good training, predictable work, organized, courteous behavior.

Cons

Passive aggressive, kind of condenscending to the rank and file, can be rigid. Low pay. I got tired of being the "low cost provider" for my family.

Pros

Good benefits, stable job. Lots of lateral movement. On sight cafeteria (Though some may see this as a con) on sit gym

Cons

Very political. Very little room to move up. There's only a few "Grades" of pay, and most jobs are the lower 3 grades.
