Pros

Solid foundation for existing/established products. Established investment in cloud services across organisation Market leading portfolios (but aging internal, supporting products).

Cons

A lot of product fragmentation for non-customer facing products. Siloed organisation leading to small, locally maintained apps that are often out-of-date. Slow product evolution, more comfortable with smallish iterations that larger initiatives, clear innovation with aligned cross-company involvement.
