A lot more money is spent on equipment and projects and software, but a lot less on the people who put it all together.

The pay is horrible. No matter how well you perform, you will not get the financial reward you are promised (pay for performance is what they call it.) Perfect example. For the past 2 years in a row I brought in over 100 million dollars each year into the company while a majority only averaged out around 72 million per year. Yet my "bonus" was the same as theirs, a lousy 2k before taxes. They also changed the partnership program to be more "fair" to the newer people. I essentially lost about 6k in partnership. This place makes it impossible to support your family. I'd like to have another child but due to lack of pay it is not financially feasible. And if you want a career in management, you better be good at brown nosing or you're stuck on the phones till the day you retire or die. 8 years of my life equals to 37k a year salary. What a waste of my time.
