Pros

fair compensation, twice yearly bonuses, some nice and talented people

Cons

silos creating an 'us and them culture' limited autonomy- everything is reliant on the US bureaucracy is rife low morale hybrid working involves working from the office Tuesday to Thursday which is mandatory with no autonomy given to teams to work to their own schedules
