Pros

Very cheery and friendly work environment. Everyone is very nice to each other. Can be an overall pleasant working environment.

Cons

Call center environment can be very monotonous. Based on my observations, rather than promoting from within, they seem to bring in people from other companies and even other industries for management positions. While this may sound good in theory for diversity, it's horrible for morale when you have to report to someone who has no clue about investors or the securities they're investing in.

How managers use vague stories to express what you need to work on to get better.
