Pros

Excellent benefits, great for people who are just entering the workforce, low stress and a great atmosphere to work.

Cons

The pay is respectable but not comparable to compensation of other companies, there is limited upward mobility and you may be stuck in the same position for quite some time.

Great benefits but low cash compensation

Pros

Great benefits plan; Health/Dental/Vision you are very well covered. The structure is great especially right out of school and the training is well known and respected.

Cons

Considering the cost of living in the area the take home pay is not very good. Also there is very little flexibility in making your own decisions as far as how to efficiently or effectively handle your day to day activities such as when to take lunch or when you can go to the bathroom.
