- Overabundance of resources - difficult to prioritize the right ones that help
- Lots of organizational changes. The reasons are valid to improve the client experience but the shifts in focus can be tiring
- Conservative in trading - platform is not built for day traders which limits the client experience and crew knowledge on competitors
- Difficult for crew to get time off around holidays/busy season since it's based off capacity and volumes in the call center
- Lots of moving parts within policies - can be tough to find the right procedure or the right person to help sometimes
