Pay is not the best but the overall benefits package must be factored in

There’s plenty of places that’ll pay for your licensing and plenty that have good benefits. Vanguard does not pay industry standards for any position. Look at any salary comparison and other companies pay decently more then Vanguard. It’s incredibly challenging to move up even one level from where you’re at. Not to mention the call center has gotten significantly unreasonable about their rules and standards. You get 1 minute between calls, they constantly shorten lunches, the pay never get that much better as far as raises, and frankly it’s a mess. It’s not surprising peers in the industry have heard and spoken to others how terrible they hear it is.
