Pros

Relatively laid back Large degree of work flexibility Good benefits and elections

Cons

Slower innovation Corporate objectives and wishlists distort best practices and planning Upward mobility becomes difficult, depending on level, as seniority and years of experience takes priority over past contributions and accomplishments

Pros

Job stability, lots of PTOs, 2 bonuses, generous FlexFund

Cons

Boring work, flaccid management, idiotic decisions, politics and likability over meritocracy. Whoever is the most annoying gets their way. Absolutely zero accountability for anything at all. Developers do everything now and there is no support for anything and no time to learn. The vast majority of TLs/POs/PMs have zero urgency about anything and they don’t want to know the day-to-day stuff of their team.
