many great people, and experienced management, who listen to employees. various opportunities for success with technological advancement. dynamic environment, with something new and challenging everyday.

Cons

soap making is an art, which can have unpredictable outcomes, despite everyone's best effort, its difficult to see the company under preform some months , due to the volatility of the product.

Hard to come up with many outside of the reasonable pay. And possibility of bonus

Poor management once you get above a department lead therefore making improvements difficult

Pros

Our new schedule gives us nearly half a week off every week. The hourly pay is competitive to similar jobs in the area. The people are great to work with and there seems to be very little drama.

Cons

The 12 hour shift is long, but it does allow for more days off. We could use more training for our new hires. I know I was not trained on many things in my first few months.
