We just implemented a new schedule that allows us to work 3.5 days a week and have 3.5 days a week off.

Cons

The 3.5 days a week schedule only lasted one weekend and now we are on mandatory overtime. We have to work 12hrs a day with only one lunch break and one 15min break.

Travel time depending on home location. Having to find alternate route when train is sitting on the tracks. Insurance is adaquate.
