Pros

Work-life is pretty flexible. You can come and go more or less as you please. Even though base pay is lower than some other companies, it's hard to beat the total compensation between 401k matching, end of year bonus, and mid year bonus.

Cons

IT doesn't scale well here. Lots of attitudes lack complete common sense. Too many 2 hour meetings that could have been a 2 line email. Everyone seems resistant to change. We're forced to use IE in our daily work. Promotions are more based on how many side-projects you attach your name to, rather than time put in or value of work.

Pros

Great company, great people, great benefits. Committed to community and clients. Good variety of available positions if you're interested in trying something different.

Cons

Not a technology company, takes a long time for new technologies to be adopted. Some uncertainty about future job outlook with right-sourcing initiative.
