Working at Vantage is great, it feels young, fast paced and flexible. They pay well, and have an amazing work culture of support, growth and trust. There is always something going on, a fun place to get things done.

Cons

Very little, it’s a good place to be.

New challenges emerge every day, but Vantage remains a nimble and decisive organization. For a company operating at scale, the culture of collaboration driven towards conclusion and results is a market differentiator. From a personal growth standpoint, the mix of career and skills advancement opportunities coupled with proactive investment in employee individual and culture development has made me a more capable professional.

Cons

The pace of play can be a challenge. Also, collaborative cultures takes a willingness to navigate personalities that won't always agree, so resilience to not always getting your way is a learning curve.
